Your private practice on one page.
A booking link, a calendar, payments, notes, intake — one quiet workspace.
And when you want to give your clients the InnerOS app between sessions — one tap. We send the link, they install, the work flows back to you.
Try free with your first 3 clientsBuilt for solo and small-practice therapists. Soft launch — 50 at a time.
InnerOS Practice is the workspace for your private practice. The shop that takes bookings at practice.inneros.ai/@your-name, the calendar that holds them, the notes that hold the work, the payment link they pay before they show up, the intake they fill on their phone — and, when you want it, the bridge to what your client did between Tuesday and Tuesday.
You run a practice. You shouldn't be running a tool stack.
Most solo therapists hold the practice together with five apps and a notebook. Three moments most know:
"Sunday night. You're answering ‘can I shift to 4pm?’ on WhatsApp while three half-filled intake PDFs sit in your downloads."
"Your booking link is a Google Form. Payments are ‘send me a UPI screenshot.’ You can't tell at a glance who's paid and who hasn't."
"Session notes live in Notes.app or a Word doc. Last week's note is somewhere. Priya's intake from June is somewhere else."
Set up in ten minutes. Run your week from one screen.
Set up your shop
Pick a handle (you become practice.inneros.ai/@your-name). Write a short bio, add one photo. Add your services and hours. Drop in your UPI ID or connect Razorpay. Build your intake form once. Ten minutes.
Share your link
Put practice.inneros.ai/@your-name in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp footer, your email signature. Clients open it on their phone, pick a time, pay, fill intake — without installing anything. You get a clean booking on your calendar with their intake attached.
Run your week
One screen shows today, this week, this month. Notes go in (SOAP or free-form). Reminders go out (we send them, you don't). A client wants to cancel? They tap a magic-link button in their WhatsApp. No back-and-forth on your phone.
Everything a private practice needs. Nothing it doesn't.
No EHR bloat. No clinical-management feature creep. Just the surfaces you actually touch every week, designed to feel like one workspace.

And when you want the deeper layer — invite your client to InnerOS.
The practice runs whether or not your clients use InnerOS. But when youdo want to see the work between Tuesday and Tuesday — the kitchen-at-11pm work, the 5am-Monday work — invite them to the InnerOS app from their case file. One tap. We send the link. If they accept, this unlocks:
- A Tuesday-morning brief — emotional arc, key themes, a quote that landed, a question worth asking, all generated overnight from what they chose to share with you.
- The 167-hour plan — record or upload the session; InnerOS transcribes it and drafts a sequence of small, well-timed touches for the week ahead. You edit and approve. They arrive in your client's pocket at the right moment.
- Archetype shifts — where their inner cast is moving week to week. Which voice is loudest. Which voice has gone quiet.
- Per-feature consent — the client controls every surface they share, per-entry, revocable in one tap, no notification to you. Sharing is opt-in, on top of an app that's theirs first.

the session 167-hour plan: Wed 7pm at the right hour

check-ins (rewrite) with consentThe InnerOS app is the consumer self-talk product — daily check-ins, the Inner Council, archetypal dialogue. It's free for most clients (5 council sessions / month + unlimited check-ins). You're never the billing intermediary; they upgrade themselves if they want more.
Therapy works when the client is the author of their own narrative.
If we're between you and that, we break the alliance. So the client controls everything, granularly, always.
What you see is per-feature
Check-in insights, journal text, council themes, full dialogue, rituals, archetype profile, inner work — each is a separate toggle the client controls.
Per-entry hide
Any single check-in or council can be hidden from you even when the category is on. Two-tap. No notification to you.
Instant revoke
They can stop sharing in one tap, mid-treatment, without telling you. Past brief data stays in your dashboard, dated. Future activity goes dark.
The app remains theirs
Whether they share with you or not. We don't hold their inner work hostage to the therapeutic relationship.
Encrypted, audited, never trained on
AES-128 at rest. Every view by a therapist is logged. Their data is never used to train models — ours or anyone else's.
This isn't a settings page we added on top. The database itself was designed so the client owns the row and the therapist sees a window. The window is whatever they hold open.
Built by someone who's done the work.
A few years ago I was externally “successful” and internally falling apart — too many conflicting thoughts, fears, and hopes, with no structure. Journaling was too loose. Meditation skipped the specifics. Therapy scratched the surface. I started sketching my own psyche as a network of internal forces: desires pulling, fears restraining, avoidances doing their quiet damage, and a core voice of clarity I couldn't always hear. I wrote scripts to find the patterns in my own journals. The prototype was raw. It worked. Over months, it brought me into alignment in a way nothing else had.
I'm not a clinician. I built InnerOS for myself first, out of survival. What I learned doing the work alone is that the deepest shifts happen between the moments you have support — in the kitchen at 11pm, on a Tuesday morning before anyone's awake. InnerOS is what I wish I'd had then. I'm opening it to a small group of therapists I trust because between-session inner work compounds when there's a witness on the other side. I read every email myself at [email protected]. The full story is in the founder's note.
What therapists ask before applying.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. The whole booking, payment, intake, and cancel/reschedule flow runs in their browser via WhatsApp + email magic-links — no app, no account, no password. The InnerOS app is the optional second layer: install it only if you and your client want the between-session view.
What does it cost?
Free for your first three clients during the soft launch. After that, per-seat billing where each seat includes a pool of InnerOS Premium gifts you can hand to clients. The InnerOS app itself stays free for most of your clients (5 council sessions / month + unlimited check-ins); they upgrade themselves if they want more. You're never the billing intermediary.
Is this HIPAA-compliant? Can I use it with US clients?
We're not currently a BAA-eligible covered entity in the US, so we don't recommend listing InnerOS activity in clinical records that require formal HIPAA-tier guarantees. We're encrypted at rest, audited per access, and never train on user data — but if your scope of practice requires BAA-level documentation, write to me first and we'll talk it through honestly.
Do you train AI on my client's data?
No. Never. Not for our models, not for any third party's. The Gemini and OpenAI APIs we use are configured for zero retention. We could not train on it if we wanted to; we don't want to.
Can my client use the InnerOS app without me?
Yes — that's the whole point. InnerOS is a self-talk app whether or not a therapist is in the picture. The sharing layer is opt-in, an addition. If they delete you, they keep the app and all their data.
What happens if my client revokes sharing mid-treatment?
You stop seeing new InnerOS-app data immediately. The brief you already received stays in your dashboard, dated as historical. Your bookings, notes, intake — all the practice-side work — are unaffected. The relationship between you and the client is unchanged unless one of you changes it.
How is this different from an AI scribe like the ones for in-session notes?
An AI scribe captures and structures the fifty minutes you're with the client. InnerOS Practice runs the rest of the business: bookings, payments, notes, intake, calendar. And — optionally — the 167 hours between sessions when the client uses the InnerOS app. Different work, different surface area. Many of our early therapists use both.
I don't have time to learn another tool.
Fair. The shape is small on purpose: one screen for the week, one tab for notes, one tab for clients. No EHR-style feature creep. Set-up is ten minutes; weekly upkeep is under five if you're running it standalone. If it takes more, we've failed.
Why soft launch? Why not just open it up?
Because we're fifty therapists at a time, hand-reviewed, so we can actually talk to the practitioners using it and ship the right things fast. If you're the right fit, the application takes five minutes and we respond within five business days.
Apply to the soft launch.
We're hand-approving 50 practices at a time. Application takes about five minutes. Free for your first three clients.
Built so the practice runs in the background — and you can do the work only you can do.
